Formulation The GHRH peptide (1mg/ml) was lyophilized after extensive dialyses against 1.7 mg sodium phosphate buffer (0.1 mg sodium phosphate monobasic & 1.6 mg sodium phosphate dibasic). Solubility It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized GHRH in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100 µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
